Ten custom homes averaging more than 6,000 square feet in size with starting prices of $1,169,000 are being built in Upland.

Known as The Signature Collection, the high-end project is believed to be the first of its kind in the Inland Empire. Doyle Barker, president of the Jeffrey Group and a longtime Upland builder/architect, is the developer.
