National Health Care Systems: The Irvine-based prepaid dental plan operator reported improvement in both earnings and revenue for the third quarter and nine-month period. Net income for the third quarter totaled $51,107, contrasted with a loss of $22,019 for the comparable 1988 period. Revenue rose 85%, to $2.4 million from $1.3 million.
