La Quinta Homes Open

Rancho Ocotillo, a Williams Development Corp. project, is celebrating its grand opening this weekend. Thirty eight of 191 homes will be available for sale.

The three-bedrooms homes each offer a convertible den and 2 1/2 bathrooms. They range in size from 2,175 square feet to 2,550 square feet, and in price from $199,900 to $224,900.

The detached, single-family homes will be available for spring 1990 move-in.

The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Fred Waring Drive and Adams Street in La Quinta.

The site can be reached from the Washington Street exit of Interstate 10 in Palm Desert. It is located less than a mile from Indian Wells Golf Resort and about 10 minutes from Palm Desert Town Center shopping center.
