12-Year-Old Boy Found Dead Atop Elevator Car

NEW YORK —
A 12-year-old boy was found dead atop a Harlem apartment building’s elevator car, where officials believe he had been playing. The body of Walter McMillan was found Saturday evening when the car was at the 27th floor, a Housing Authority police spokesman said. The cause of death was not released immediately.
