Bulgarian to Visit Moscow

MOSCOW —
Bulgaria’s new Communist Party chief Petar Mladenov will visit the Soviet Union in early December, Tass news agency reported Thursday. Mladenov last month replaced Todor Zhivkov, ousted after 35 years at the head of the ruling party.
