Better Business Bureau Charges Trademark Violation: The Council of Better Business Bureaus filed suit in Superior Court Wednesday against a Los Angeles company that it charged with violating the organization’s trademark and misleading the public. The National Federation of Business Bureaus deceives the public about its own members and implies that it is affiliated with the Better Business Bureaus, the suit charged. The National Federation could not be reached for comment. (Filed Nov. 29, 1989, Case No. CV89-6904CBM)
