THE HAGUE, Netherlands —
Two missiles were fired today at the home of the Spanish ambassador, causing some damage but no injuries, police said. It was the fourth attack against Spanish targets in six weeks.
Two windows of the 18th-Century building on Embassy Row were shattered by what appeared to be rocket-propelled grenades that failed to explode, according to police spokesman Nico Laterveer. There was no immediate claim of responsibility.
