IRVINE : Water District Picks Developer for Board
Turtle Rock resident John B. Withers was appointed this week to the Irvine Ranch Water District board of directors.
Withers, a senior vice president of residential development for Hopkins Development Co., was selected from among 35 applicants. He fills the seat of Betty Olson, who moved out of the district. Withers’ term expires in November.
A UCLA and Occidental College graduate, Withers is also an associate member of the Republican State Central Committee.
