In an effort to ensure that Latinos, Armenian-Americans, Asian-Americans, blacks, senior citizens, undocumented immigrants, and low-income and homeless people are counted in the 1990 U.S. Census, the Mayor’s Complete Count Committee was awarded $45,000 Tuesday by the city Board of Directors.
