U.S. Forces Invade Panama, Oust Noriega Regime
I’m not happy about the U.S. invasion of Panama. I am not at all sure that the greatest, most influential, and most powerful country on earth had exhausted all nonviolent alternatives before resorting to the gun.
Moreover, I fear that this event might reinforce and propagate the militaristic philosophy that, sooner or later, all serious problems are solved by war.
