Cape Verde joined four other Atlantic nations in closing its waters to the damaged Iranian oil tanker Kharg-5, raising the possibility that the 200,000 tons of crude oil aboard the ruptured vessel may have to be transferred on the high seas to another Iranian tanker, shipping sources said in Rabat, Morocco.
