Randy Tincher has been named to the newly created position of area vice president for Carl’s Jr. Restaurants in Southern California. He will head operations for 281 company-owned restaurants in Southern California. Tincher, who joined the company in 1976, had most recently been director of operations for Orange County. Carl’s Jr. Restaurants are owned or franchised by Carl Karcher Enterprises, based in Anaheim.
