Yields on 7-Year T-Notes Lowest Since July: Yields on seven-year Treasury notes fell at auction to the lowest level since last July. The average yield was 8.02%, down from 8.08% at the last auction Oct. 11. It was the lowest rate since seven-year notes averaged 7.89% on July 12. The notes will carry a coupon interest rate of 8%, with each $10,000 in face value selling for $9,989.40. A total of $7.59 billion in notes were sold.
