Florida forward Livingston Chatman has decided to leave the basketball team for an indefinite period. The 6-foot-7 junior from Lakeland, Fla., cited an injured knee and burnout as reasons for leaving the team.

Chatman did not attend Florida’s 84-62 win over Auburn Saturday in Gainesville after it was announced he would not play because of a sore knee and an ankle injury sustained in Wednesday’s loss at Kentucky.
