Allegre at Fallbrook

Allegre at Fallbrook, a 69-unit single-family development by Mesa Homes, opens today on terraced hillside lots in the northern San Diego County community of Fallbrook.

The first increment of 12 houses features three- and four-bedroom Mediterranean-styled houses in six one- and two-story floor plans with 1,844 to 2,630 square feet. Houses in the first phase are priced from $218,900 to $274,900. Move-ins are scheduled for June.

Features include two and three bathrooms, three-car garages, interior laundry rooms, wood-burning fireplaces and concrete-tile roofs. Kitchens come with oak cabinets, ceramic counters, dishwashers and trash compactors. Some plans have bonus rooms and wet bars. Mesa Homes is a unit of the Bedford Group of Cos., Lafayette, Calif.

Models are nearing completion. The sales office is open Thursday through Monday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Debra Ann Drive and Fallbrook Street, near Fallbrook and Stagecoach Drive. It can be reached from the westbound Mission Road exit of the Escondido (15) Freeway.

San Juan Capistrano

Hunters Creek, a development of 35 three- to four-bedroom single-family houses by H.R. Remington Properties, opens today in San Juan Capistrano on one-third-acre, pool-size lots.

The first phase of 14 houses ranges from 3,743 to 4,200 square feet in three floor plans. Prices range from $575,000 to $675,000 and move-ins are scheduled to begin late this month and early February.

Standard features include cathedral ceilings, master suites, wood-burning fireplaces, interior columns, marble-floor entries, bonus rooms, four baths and an optional fifth bedroom in one plan. The architect is Knitter & Associates, Newport Beach.

Three models decorated by Design I Interiors, Century City, are open 11 a.m.-5 p.m. at 31321 Via Las Palmas in the Rancho San Juan area of the city. Access is from the Ortega Highway exit of the San Diego (5) Freeway.
