Coast Sells Interest in Partnership: Casden Co. said it has acquired Coast Savings Financial Inc.’s 50% interest in CoastFed Properties, a real estate partnership between Casden and Coast, for an undisclosed price. CoastFed and its affiliates own or control properties with a total of 60,000 units and valued at more than $2.5 billion. Since it was founded in 1982, it has developed 47,000 residential units, including the 1,279-unit Warner Center Apartments in Los Angeles.
