Warren Christopher, chairman of the Los Angeles-based law firm of O’Melveny & Myers, has been elected chairman of Carnegie Corp. of New York, the philanthropic foundation said. He succeeds Helene L. Kaplan, counsel to the law firm of Webster & Sheffield.
