3 New Vice Presidents Appointed by Aerotest

Aerotest Inc., a privately held aviation services company based in Irvine, has named three new vice presidents: Jonathan Bromberg, administration; Richard Horn, transport maintenance; and Ron Neal, development.

Bromberg joined Aerotest in 1988 after 15 years with Tracor Flight Systems and 13 years with the U.S. Navy. Bromberg also serves as corporate secretary, in addition to his responsibility for coordinating risk management, personnel, facility and administration activities for all Aerotest companies.

Horn, who is based at the firm’s Mojave facility, worked for United Airlines for 35 years before joining Aerotest a year ago.

Neal has assumed all responsibilities for Aerotest’s certification, development, and flight test activities, and will also oversee all support functions at Mojave. Previously, he served as president of Broman Aircraft in Puerto Rico. Before that, he had been division manager for aircraft design at Beech Aircraft, senior vice president of operations for Learjet and vice president for the Challenger program at Canadair. He has also worked at Lockheed in Marietta, Ga.
