William M. Broffman has joined Fidelity National Title Insurance Co. as vice president, human relations and risk management. He will oversee the corporate-related insurance programs and is responsible for the Irvine-based company’s 401K plan and employee stock purchase program. In addition, he was also appointed senior vice president of Western Pacific Property & Casualty Inc., a subsidiary. Before joining Fidelity, Broffman was president of his own firm, AIM Marketing & Insurance Services of Arizona Inc. He was also vice president and regional marketing director of Dun & Bradstreet Plan Services in Phoenix and served as director of employee benefits for the Phoenix branch of Kirke-Van Orsdel Insurance Services Inc.
