Goldberg Completes Di Giorgio Tender: New Jersey investor Arthur Goldberg completed his $30-a-share tender for San Francisco-based Di Giorgio Corp., a food distribution and building materials company. Goldberg said his company, DIG Acquisition Corp., had accepted for payment about 4.2 million shares of common stock tendered in the offer. The shares, combined with Goldberg’s own stake, account for about 94% of Di Giorgio’s 5.2 million shares of common stock.
