Limiting Terms of Elected Officials

Apparently being a member of the House of Representatives since 1974 proves the point that Hyde, the pompous Republican congressman from Illinois, has reached senility by his opposition to imposing a limit on the number of terms that a U.S. representative or senator can serve. The limit should also apply to all elected city, county and state officials.
