Pacific Gas & Electric Co.’s old building downtown has been sold to a group of San Francisco investors for an undisclosed price.

The 10-story building was purchased by the Fresno Pacific Corp., said Ed Bedwell, a spokesman for the utility.

He said the new owners plan to refurbish the interior of the building and lease it to office tenants.
