Avon Ordered to Supply Shareholder List: Avon Products Inc. was ordered by a federal court to provide an investor group, Chartwell Associates, with a list of its stockholders so that Chartwell can solicit proxies on behalf of its four nominees to Avon’s board. Chartwell, which includes a member of the Getty oil family, members of the Fisher real estate family and executives of Dallas-based Mary Kay Cosmetics Corp., holds a 9.1% stake in Avon and has expressed an interest in acquiring the company.
