Odetics Inc.: The Anaheim-based supplier of intelligent machine systems said net earnings and revenue declined for the fiscal third quarter ended Dec. 31. Net income was $41,000, 69% lower than the $131,000 posted for the period a year ago. Revenue fell 15% to $11.9 million, from $14 million. Net earnings for the nine-month period totaled $196,000, down from the $764,000 for the period in fiscal 1989, which reflected a gain of $400,000 from an accounting change, company officials said. Revenue dipped 3% to $38.3 million, from $39.4 million.
