World IN BRIEF : KENYA : Foreign Minister Buried on His Farm

Slain Foreign Minister Robert J. Ouko was buried on his family farm in western Kenya. His widow, Christabel, appealed for peace, and there were no incidents as troops and police cordoned off the area. Ouko’s charred body was found Feb. 16 in brush near his home. Speculation that he was the victim of a political murder caused unrest across Kenya.
