Easy for a Millionaire

It never fails to amuse me when a multimillionaire like Casey Kasem states, “If there were a way to exist with the clothes on your back and a few essentials, I’d probably do that.” (“More Comforts Than Home,” Feb. 11).

Someone should inform him that millions do just that every day.

Perhaps if he and his wife came down from their luxury hotel room, they would learn how it feels to exist instead of live. Meanwhile, if he wants to unload his luxuries on someone, my cats and I are more than willing to take them off his hands.
