Another Brawl Among Taiwan’s Lawmakers
A brawl broke out in the electoral college Monday--the third in eight days--when opposition members challenged the qualifications of some elderly colleagues from the governing Nationalist Party.
The protests are over the domination of the electoral college, known as the National Assembly, and the Legislature by aging Nationalists.

Nationalist Assemblyman Lee Hua-yang grabbed Huang’s necktie. Huang punched back and the two rolled on the floor as others joined the pushing and shouting.
