A preliminary hearing on charges of first-degree sexual assault was set for March 30 at Lincoln, Neb., for former University of Colorado football player Arthur Walker and a Lincoln man.
Walker, 21, and James Davis, 28, were arrested Jan. 27 for the alleged sexual assault of an 18-year-old woman at a motel. She told police she went voluntarily to the motel room with a third man, who was not arrested.
