Bomb on Train Kills 5

NEW DELHI —
A bomb blast on a train in the northern Indian state of Uttar Pradesh killed five people Thursday and wounded 16, the government said. The Railway Ministry said the express from Amritsar, the Sikh holy city in Punjab, was standing at a station in Meerut when the bomb went off, wrecking a sleeping car.
