Bishop car dealer Joe Green has been arrested and charged with arson and embezzlement of more than $100,000 after an investigation into a fire that destroyed his General Motors/Nissan dealership on Feb. 12. The fire at Green Motors started only hours after a surprise audit by General Motors Acceptance Corp. had determined that 13 cars were unaccounted for and that money for the cars had not been paid to GMAC, according to police.
