Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe has named Gary Siniscalco chairman of its labor and employment law department. Siniscalco, 46, has been with the San Francisco firm since 1978 and is a specialist in employment law. He replaces Ralph Baxter Jr., who was elected chairman of the 260-attorney law firm.
