Stolen Dutch Master Recovered in Turkey

ISTANBUL, Turkey — A 17th-Century Dutch master painting stolen from a private collector in Ireland in 1986 has been recovered in Turkey, police said Monday.
They said two Britons and three Turks are being held after the recovery of Gabriel Metsu’s “Lady Reading a Letter,” stolen from Alfred Beit.
