NATION : Doomsday Clock Turned Back

The Doomsday Clock on the cover of the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists was set back today to reflect reduced superpower tensions.
For two years the clock has read just six minutes to midnight. It was moved back four minutes, to 10 minutes before midnight.
