Silverstone Partners, a San Francisco investment partnership that is headed by David Gaon and that holds an 8.6% stake in Lincoln NC Realty Fund Inc., will offer to acquire the rest of the Palo Alto real estate fund for $9.54 a share. Silverstone now holds 172,181 Lincoln NC common shares.
