A retired Air Force lieutenant colonel pleaded guilty in federal court in Alexandria, Va., to a felony charge that, as an employee of Grumman Corp., he unlawfully obtained and distributed classified Pentagon budget documents. Harry Kotellos, 53, also agreed as part of a plea arrangement to cooperate with investigators probing illegal trafficking in the classified documents, which summarized Pentagon spending plans. Recently, four other major defense contractors pleaded guilty to similar charges.
