Lawndale Official Resigns
Lewis Pond, deputy city manager in Inglewood, will leave his post in May to become city manager in the San Francisco suburb of San Bruno, Inglewood officials announced this week. Pond, 50, has headed Inglewood’s community development and housing program for the last decade. Before that, he was the urban development director in Des Moines, Iowa.
