Finn to Offer Guard Service in Soviet Union

HELSINKI, Finland —
Hannu Hoffren, a Finnish businessman, plans to offer security guards to Western companies in nearby parts of the Soviet Union where there has been a marked increase in crime.
“We plan to set up a joint venture with the Soviet militia. We have already sent about 20 people for specialized training in the Soviet Union after their normal security training,” Hoffren said Thursday.
