Homeowners Win Judgment: The Manitoba West condominiums homeowners association, Playa del Rey, was awarded a $10.8-million judgment against developer Don S. Levin and DSL Construction Corp. in Torrance Superior Court on Friday. The group charged that the homes were not built up to code. (Filed March 26, 1984; Case No. WEC86255)
