From Times Staff and Wire Reports

Greyhound Lines officials in Dallas called off talks set for next week after earlier agreeing to resume bargaining. They cited continuing violence in the 4-week-old strike by bus drivers and other employees. The company reported two additional shootings and a bomb threat at a terminal in Chicago. Federal mediators had announced talks would resume in Tucson on Monday. Elsewhere, pro-labor rallies were held in about 20 cities to show solidarity with striking drivers.
