Porter Ranch
If some people in the Valley want to live in the middle of a wilderness, let them move to Yosemite. Otherwise, they ought to be applauding Porter Ranch rather than knocking it.
I’ve watched a lot of the growth in the Valley. It seems like there are five houses here, one office building there, and a mini-mall on every corner. In short, there seems to have been very little planning.
At least Porter Ranch, like Warner Center, will be planned far enough in advance so everyone living close to it, and those who will buy homes in the future, will know what they can expect.
I’d like to see more things planned 20 years in advance.
