Malathion Spraying

On a sad note, my garden is silent today. Every other year spring is greeted with the sound of bumblebees pollinating the wisteria. This spring due to malathion there is no humming noise. I fear this will result in a poor yield of fruit in my garden as well. What other sadness awaits us as we take nature into our own hands?
