Racial Bias Suit: Alexander Haagen Co., the retail developer, was sued in Los Angeles Superior Court by a former mall general manager who claims that he was fired last year because of racial bias. Louis E. George, who is black, says the development firm unfairly discharged him and replaced him with an inexperienced white woman. The firm could not be reached for comment on the suit, which seeks unspecified general damages and punitive damages of $1 million. (Filed April 11, 1990. Case No. C758076)
