World IN BRIEF : BRITAIN : Poll Rates Thatcher as Least Popular

Margaret Thatcher is the most unpopular prime minister in British polling history, according to an opinion poll in the Times of London newspaper. It found that only 20% are satisfied with her performance while 76% are dissatisfied. The poll gave the opposition Labor Party a lead of 17 percentage points over Thatcher’s Conservatives.
