Boise Cascade Corp.: The office products and building supply company’s net income for the first period of 1990 was $33.6 million, off 57% from the record results of first-quarter 1989. Revenue was $1.07 billion, down about 3% from last year. The Boise, Ida.-based firm said the decline in income was the result of continuing adverse market conditions for the company’s paper business. The office products segment reported record sales and operating income for the quarter.
