Pasadena Office Building Sold: Pasadena Gateway Plaza, said to be the largest office building in Pasadena, was sold to the Los Angeles County Employees Retirement Assn. for more than $70 million, according to John Alle CO., the brokerage handling the deal. The building was sold by the developers, Trenton Development Corp. and H. Theodore Green.
