Readers Congratulate Jim Murray

Jim Murray winning the Pulitzer Prize for commentary is another deserved award for someone already at the top of his profession.

When Murray first wrote for our North-South Shrine Game in 1962, he immediately made the public aware of his grasp of and interest in the situation at the Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children.

As long as there are crippled children, we won’t run out of Shriners. Let us hope that we will never run out of the Jim Murrays of the world, either.
