An appeals panel upheld the suspension of steeplechaser Henry Marsh for failing to appear for a drug test.
The Athletics Congress announced April 3 that it would ban the four-time Olympian for a two-year period for failing to report in December for year-round drug testing. The appeals panel concluded Friday that Marsh had not made himself available for testing within 48 hours of receiving notice, as required.
