New AID Chief Sworn In

WASHINGTON —
Ronald Roskens was sworn in Monday as the new administrator of the U.S. Agency for International Development, supervising $6 billion in annual economic assistance. Roskens, a former president of the University of Nebraska, replaces Alan Woods, who died last year of cancer.
