Fondue Makes Light Supper

For a light supper or late-evening snack, serve Quick Cheese Fondue: Combine 1 (10 1/2-ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup and 1/2 cup beer and heat. Toss 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese with 2 tablespoons flour and 1/4 teaspoon paprika.

Add to soup mixture, stirring until cheese melts and blends with soup. Serve with bread cubes, vegetable or fruit pieces or canned cocktail frankfurters as dippers. Makes about 2 cups.
