Two Die in Gun Battle Over Canceled Wedding

Two men were killed and three were wounded in a gun battle between relatives because a bride-to-be called off her wedding and decided to become a nun, police said Saturday.

Shooting broke out after Francesca Sanfilippo, 24, told her fiance four days before the rites she was entering a convent. She said her parents were forcing her to marry.
